
Cebu Pacific Airlines expressed optimism regarding NNIC (New NAIA Infrastructure Corp.) and their ongoing efforts to improve airports. They added that these enhancements will lead to a better travel experience for all passengers.
Cebu Pacific assured its clients of its commitment to ensuring safe and significant travel. The issue that arose on October 18 affected approximately 400 of the 65,000 passengers flying on October 20.
Moving forward, Cebu Pacific expressed optimism regarding improvements at the airport. The local airline announced in the evening that almost all baggage left at Terminal 3 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport due to recent processing issues has been restored.
"For those whose trips were affected by delays in recent days, we are pleased to report that 90% of the previously lost luggage has been recovered," said Cebu Pacific in a statement. The airline also noted that normal baggage processing at Terminal 3 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport has been restored.
