Prices for more than 100 products for New Year's Eve, or what are called evening products, have increased compared to last year, the Ministry of Trade and Industry (DTI) reported on December 18. DTI presented Guidelines on Prices for New Year’s Eve to "help consumers compare prices and choose products that best fit their budget and preferences for the New Year season." The guidelines indicate prices for 236 items from stock with 22 producers in 12 categories for New Year’s Eve. According to their data, 121 products stayed at the price levels of 2023, while 13 others saw price reductions.

Prices for 12 products for New Year’s Eve will be valid until December 31: Ham: P170 - P928.50. Cheese de Bola: P210 - P445. Fruit cocktail: P61.76 - P302.50. Meat: P56.50 - P310.00. Mayonnaise: P20.40 - P245.85. Universal sauces: P36.50 - P72.00. Starter for butter bread: P27 - P263.60. Pasta/spaghetti: P32 - P114. Macaroni product "Loksina": P30.50 - P126.25. Tomato sauce: P16.50 - P92.85. Macaroni conversions: P36.50 - P126.25. Spaghetti sauce: P28.50 - P103.
