According to the words of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., sacrifice and faith can lead the nation to peace and progress. He noted that the achievement of Prokoka Muhammad of spiritual truth, knowledge, and revelations indicates that the importance of traditions is particularly significant in the Islamic understanding of the importance and significance of these traditions.

"When you contemplate this historically miraculous moment through prayer, its essence may inspire among Muslims to believe in the value of perseverance through difficulties and sorrow," Marcos said in a statement. "May this observation also serve as a reminder that success is a reward for perseverance and friendship, and that sacrifice, determination, and faith can guide us towards the realization of a common purpose in building a peaceful and progressive nation for all."

The president added that the observation symbolizes the persistence and spiritual resilience of Muslims in reading Allah. According to a statement from the director-general Lukas Bersamin, the administration announced that Muslims in the Philippines will be exempt from work on Monday, January 27, in connection with the celebration of Al-Isra Wal-Miraj. Bersamin noted that Al-Isra Wal-Miraj or Night Journey and Ascension of Prokoka Muhammad is not considered a national holiday. "[This] holiday is only for Muslims in BAMB (autonomous region of Bangsamoro in Muslim Mindanao) and other Muslim regions, as defined in the Muslim Code," he explained.
