Bini Maloi from the P-pop group BINI has refuted speculations about her dating singer Rico Blanco, asserting that they only met in January. The dating rumors started circulating after a video emerged on social media showing Maloi and Blanco strolling together in La Union. However, the duo was in the company of other personalities like Zild Benitez, Blaster Silonga, Agnes Reoma, and Pat Lasaten.
In a recent interview segment titled "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" on January 31, Maloi directly addressed the dating rumors. She underlined the inevitability of fake news in the life of a public personality. Maloi acknowledged that such rumors are beyond their control but appealed to the public to refrain from spreading misinformation. She encouraged people to desist from disseminating false information moving forward.
"As long as you’re not stepping on anyone, just keep doing what you love," Maloi asserted.
