After completing her participation as a permanent guest on Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition, Ivana posted her first post on TikTok with the caption: "I'm home." In the comments to the post, one of the fans asked Ivana to make a vlog with Dustin after his exit from the Big Brother house, to which she replied: "Promise."
This comment quickly gathered over 55,000 likes, and the producers are eagerly awaiting the possibility of collaboration between them. During her participation in the show, Ivana developed a close connection with Dustin, and they often appeared on the fan lists together. They even participated in the challenge "Totropahin or Jojowain," where both answered "Jojowain" when asked about each other.
After leaving the house, Ivana started following Dustin on Instagram, which prompted additional speculation about the budding relationship between them. "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition" airs new episodes on GMA Network on weekdays at 22:00 and on weekends at 18:15.
