Ahtisa Manalo from Quezon Province has been crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2025. She won the national title after triumphing over 65 other candidates in the finals of the Miss Universe Philippines (MUPH) pageant. Manalo will go on to represent the country in the 74th Miss Universe pageant, scheduled to take place in Thailand this November.
Ariella Arida, Miss Universe 2013 third runner-up, heads the Miss Universe Philippines organization, which saw its sixth winner in Ahtisa Manalo. Manalo succeeds Chelsea Manalo, who made history last year as the first-ever Miss Universe Asia during the international pageant held in Mexico.
Ahtisa Manalo is no stranger to international competitions. She previously participated in Miss Cosmo, securing a spot in the Top 10. Additionally, she was the first runner-up at Miss International 2018. Manalo, a returning candidate and a favorite amongst the audience, also clinched the second runner-up position in last year’s MUPH pageant.
The Philippines has a strong reputation as a beauty pageant powerhouse, boasting four Miss Universe titleholders to date. Manalo's upcoming journey to represent her country in the prestigious pageant in Thailand has sparked excitement and anticipation among pageant enthusiasts and supporters.
