
The National Commission on Muslim Filipino affairs will present to the president the final dates of the holidays. The Ministry of Labor and Employment will issue guidelines for monitoring these holidays. July 27 will be a special non-working day. President Ferdinand Marcos issued proclamation No. 727, signed on October 30 by the executive secretary Lucas Bersamin.
The following year will bring us the following holidays: - Holidays: - New Year – January 1 (Wednesday) - Day of Valor – April 9 (Wednesday) - Maundy Thursday – April 17 - Good Friday – April 18 - Labor Day – May 1 (Thursday) - Independence Day – June 12 (Thursday) - National Heroes Day – August 25 (last Monday of August) - Bonifacio Day – November 30 (Saturday) - Christmas – December 25 (Thursday) - Rizal Day – December 30 (Tuesday) - Days with special non-working arrangements: - Ninoy Aquino Day – August 21 (Thursday) - All Saints' Day – November 1 (Saturday) - Feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary – December 8 (Monday) - Last Day of the Year – December 31 (Wednesday) - Working day: - Anniversary of the "People Power Revolution" – February 25 (Tuesday)

The dates for "Id al-Fitr" and "Id al-Adha" will be announced separately, based on sightings of the lunar calendar. President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. issued an order of officially sanctioned holidays and special non-working days for 2025 through Proclamation No. 729, determining that July 27, 2025, the day of the Jubilee of Iglesias ni Cristo, will be marked as a special non-working day of national significance.
According to Malacañang, the order will provide members of the religious group the opportunity to participate in this event.
