Actor Tom Rodriguez shared joyful news that he has now become the father of a little boy named Korben following the breakup of his relationship with Carla Abellana. Rodriguez shared this in an interview with Nelson Canlas from GMA Integrated News, opening up about his new role as a father and the inspiration it brings him.
"I feel wonderful. The name Korben is an anagram of the word 'reborn,' symbolizing personal journeys that he has gone through," Rodriguez explained. "Because the covenant David had with the Lord was tied to his nurtured soul, and he returned to God, just like in his journey, Korben is an anagram for the word 'reborn.'"
"He is my greatest source of inspiration," Rodriguez said in the interview, a clip from which Canlas published on Instagram on Tuesday. "I never intended to hide this, I didn’t want to keep it a secret. But I genuinely wanted to preserve this for myself. Sometimes something captures me and this is how I share it, and this moment just happened, and it completely filled me with joy."
Korben is currently four months old, and Rodriguez's journey into fatherhood has brought him a renewed sense of purpose and inspiration after his split from Abellana.
