In the Marcos administration, the president is present every day, and the meeting was scheduled with the same timing as the photo session with the other leaders.
"Let's decide," said Castro. "The president arrived in the meeting room just before the photo session began." After the Marcos-Japan summit, the president met with the leaders of the Philippines. The administrator of the administration confirmed that the comments of the commentators brought the results to the negotiations: "Yes, that's right, there's no need to worry about the context of the speech."
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines informed that the president met with the leaders of ON before the summit, as he was scheduled to attend the official program.
